After three boys, Victoria Beckham will finally have a hit of estrogen around the house.
David and Victoria Beckham announced Friday afternoon that their baby-on-the-way is a girl.
Obviously, we’re very lucky to be expecting again, and this is the first time I’m going to say it: It’s a girl, the soccer star said at an L.A. Galaxy fan luncheon.
We’re still in shock. Obviously, having three boys, you kind of expect another one, so finding out a little girl is in there is surprising, but, obviously, we are over the moon, he said. Our three boys are happy and excited, and Victoria is doing well.
Victoria was reportedly told that she was having a daughter in February by an ultrasound, but the couple hadn’t officially confirmed it until now.
The former Spice Girl has said she’s looking forward to having a girl around for the girly things three growing boys won’t always be into.
I can imagine painting her nails, putting on make-up and choosing clothes with her, she said.
The Beckhams’ little girl is due this summer.
