If you think bikini season is far enough away for you to take a break from an exercise routine, think again. There are plenty of exercises you can do in your cozy warm home to build muscle and burn fat. No space? No equipment? No excuses! All you need for these 15 bodyweight exercises (that target your upper body, lower body and core) is about 10 square feet of space and your fine self. So move your coffee table and dust off your yoga mat ˜cause we’re gonna get fit![/tps_header]

Start in a plank with your knees on the mat. Move one hand out to the side past the edge of your mat, bend both elbows to lower your torso then straighten both arms to return to plank and complete the push up. Switch sides and repeat alternating side to side for 10 reps. Be sure to keep your back straight and your hips in line”don’t raise your butt or let your pelvis dip. For some extra oomph, try jumping off your hands to complete your push up.
