I remember the first time I spoke to Bite Beauty founder Susan Langmuir, she told me that the average woman ingests a lot of lipstick over her lifetime. In fact, she called it the “lipstick baby” because it tends to be around the same weight as a newborn. Which is gross. But it’s why she started Bite Beauty in the first place”if you’re going to be eating your lipstick, it may as well be made of things that won’t harm you. Since launching lippies, Bite now includes glosses, lip masks, scrubs and (my personal favourite) the Multistick ($28), which can be used on lips, cheeks and eyelids for a dose of colour.

I tried one Bite Beauty product before which is the matte lip crayon and never fails to amaze me. I always look glamorous and I feel so safe wearing it!
