Step 2: :”The goal is to add weight to the lash line while still looking natural,” says Chu, so don’t build up here”just push the liner into your lashes.
Tip: “Use small strokes rather than trying to create a continuous line across the eye,” says Chu, “most people don’t have a steady enough hand for that!”
