Could there be a list of this nature without the quintessential cast of Sex and the City? We all have analyzed and learned about womanhood through the words and behaviour of this foursome. Whether you’re a Samantha, Charlotte, Miranda or Carrie, these diverse and relatable characters made those dark days better. Sure, many will never understand how a freelance writer can afford so many shoes, but that doesn’t matter because at the end of it all the show illustrated strength among women. Men were the accessories while the women were the wardrobe, and that in itself is a lesson worth celebrating. And, let’s be serious: the plotlines were bloody incredible.
