Kaitlin Olsen is back to prove that raunchy comedy can live on primetime. From the producers of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (the show of which she stars in), The Mick follows Olsen as she attempts to take care of her sister’s spoiled kids, after that seemingly perfect sis gets arrested. Much of the humour seen in It’s Always Sunny is reprised in this role, the difference is she’s without the gang of Charlie, Dennis, Mac and Frank. Olsen is funny and we’re hoping that offbeat weirdness she evokes can stand strong on primetime, giving us a much-needed sitcom that shares similarities to the classic movie, Uncle Buck. If you caught the first episode, perhaps like me, you’re thinking: Kaitlin Olsen is a perfect fit for this leading role.
