You just need something big enough to handle all of the meetings you inexplicably get dragged into, plus all the random Post-It notes that you stick in between pages while also looking pretty enough to make you feel calmer (even though you didn’t eat lunch until 3pm). This one has all the months together in the front in case you like to look at your months-at-a-glance and then week-by-week without having to flip through more than two pages to get to November. Bonus points for the elastic band that you’ll use for about a month until you realize it’s inevitably going to keep opening in your bag and your papers are going to go everywhere.
