Creepy Crawly Plank
Start in a plank position. Bend your elbows out to the side and lower your torso as you bend your left knee wide and to the side to touch it to your left elbow. Straighten your arms to come back to plank position while returning your left foot next to the right. Switch sides, lowering your torso and bringing your right knee to your right elbow. Return to plank to complete the rep. Repeat for 10 reps.
