Seated Russian Twist
Start in a seated position with your knees bent. Pull your bellybutton to your spine and lean back while lifting your feet off the floor. Lean back as far as you can while maintaining balance and a straight back. Reach your arms out in front of you and twist your torso from side to side. See how many times you can touch the floor on either side in 60 seconds, then try to break your own record next time.
