Half Banana
Lie on your back with your arms reaching in front of you up toward the ceiling. Inhale as you roll your torso up while lifting your left leg. Reach for your toes and hold for two counts. Exhale as you slowly roll back down to the mat and lower your leg. Switch sides and repeat for 10 reps.
