Oblique V Crunch
Lie on your right side with your legs straight, your left hand behind your head, and your right hand on the floor in front of you to help you keep control. Press down into your right hand as you raise your legs together off the floor and bring your torso toward your leg until your elbow touches your knee. Hold for two counts and slowly lower yourself back to the floor. Repeat for 10 reps.
