Superman Row
Lie face down on the mat with your arms at your sides. Exhale as you arch your back and lift your legs, head, and upper body off the floor while bending your elbows backward. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and hold for 2 counts. Exhale as you slowly lower everything back down to the floor. Repeat for 10 reps.
