Bluelight Filter
Now I am here to tell you something you probably already know: looking at your phone or tablet before bed is not a good idea. The blue light from the screens messes with your eyes and makes your body release less melatonin. Science! But really, no matter how much science you throw at me I am not going to give up my nightly Instagram scrolling. If I hear that notification buzz, I won’t be able to sleep until I see who liked my latest photo.
This app puts a layer of yellow over your screen, making it happier for your eyeballs and makes it easier for your brain to turn off after taking in that last notification. On iPhones there is a built-in setting to invert colours that has a similar effect.
