Medicine Ball Sit Ups

Start by facing your partner, seated with knees bent. Partner A holds the ball close to their chest and lies back onto the ground, performs a full sit up and then immediately tosses the ball to partner B within the same movement. Partner B catches the ball. Repeat for one minute.
