Grab your dumbbell for this one and start by sitting on your heels. Walk hands onto all fours and get into a modified tabletop position with the dumbbell in your left hand. Pull the weight up with your left arm until it is level with your chest. Keep hips level and core tight throughout, repeat for one minute then switch arms.
