Overhead squat with knee drive rotation

Start by standing beside the step-up and then step your left foot sideways onto it. With your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your arms and lower yourself into an overhead squat. Lifting with your core, step up onto your left leg. Rotate your torso and drive your right knee up to touch your left elbow. Return to the starting position and then repeat for one minute. Switch legs and repeat.
