Moving your body is the best way to feel more comfortable in your skin. Whether you’re going for a walk, having a dance party in your room, or doing high-intensity training (HIIT) exercise is a great way to remind yourself what awesome things your body is capable of. And yes I say that mostly with reference to how impressive my dance moves are. If your body is not feeling an intense workout, even doing some yoga or light stretching will get your blood flowing.
