Eat whole foods
Eating whole foods is important year round, and with good reason. When you put good nutrient-dense foods into your body, sure, they’ll make you look good (abs are made in the kitchen, after all), but they’ll also make you feel good. Nutritionist McKell Hill’s blog Nutrition Stripped features tons of recipes that outline the benefits of the vitamin A and C in your kale, and the healthy fats in your avocado. Cutting out Nutella-stuffed cookies and pizza (except the cauliflower kind) is an opportunity to learn how your body functions best, and what nutrients you need to feel good.
