If it’s 8 pm and you’re sitting on your couch watching the latest episode of Kimmy Schmidt, thinking of eating that entire box of Oreos on your top shelf, go for a walk instead. Walking for 30-45 minutes at a quick pace is a great form of low-intensity steady state training that burns fat for fuel. It won’t taste as good as an Oreo, but it will definitely help you lose the cookie pouch on your belly.
