Toronto Fashion Week is back in session, setting up shop in Toronto’s Yorkville Village to showcase the fall 2018 collections of some of Canada’s buzziest designers from February 5 to 7. We\u2019ve been hanging out backstage with makeup lead Simone Otis and her army of artists with beautyBOUTIQUE<\/a> by Shoppers Drug Mart to give you daily recaps of our favourite beauty looks from the shows. First up, our fave looks<\/span>\u00a0from day one: <\/span>

\n<\/span>Eleventy <\/b>
\n<\/b>\"\"
\nFor Eleventy’s<\/a> Italian-made fashion collection,\u00a0<\/span><\/b>makeup lead Simone Otis proved that sometimes less is more. Using only <\/span>Lanc\u00f4me\u2019s Teint Miracle Foundation<\/span><\/a> ($53) and<\/span> Concealer<\/span><\/a> ($37) to hollow out contours, Otis served a more fresh and modern no-makeup look. \u201cWe\u2019re not contouring in a fussy way, we\u2019re just doing it with darker shades of foundations,\u201d she says. Using foundations and concealers one or two shades darker than the models’ true skin tones, she created a customized, more-natural contour for the nose and cheekbones. Besides flawless skin, the bold, imperfect brows brought drama to the look. <\/span>

\n<\/span>Triarchy
\n\"\"<\/b>
\n<\/b><\/b>Sticking to the glam-rock theme of Triarchy’s<\/a> denim collection (which featured hits of metallic), Otis concocted a chic glittery under eye look, using two different glitter shades: <\/span>Lise Watier Eyeshadow and Glitter Duo<\/span><\/a> in Golden Taupe and Opalescent ($27). \u201cWe wanted to do something with glitter that has a little bit of an unusual feel. It\u2019s glam but it\u2019s also young and fresh,\u201d she says. Heavy coats of mascara and a nude lip completed the look. <\/span>

\n<\/span>\"\"
\n<\/span>Unttld\u2019s<\/a> PR girl is known for always wearing a warm red lip, so to pay homage to her, Otis directed models to wear a perfectly matte orange-y red lip using <\/span>Smashbox On Matte Liquid Lipstick in Thrill Seeker<\/span><\/a> ($28). The key to a perfect red lip? Light reapplication and sharpening lines with concealer. Since the models would be walking down the runway wearing leather fringed headpieces, Otis added a strong highlight to the inner corner of the eyes\u00a0to brighten up the eye area.<\/span>

\n<\/b>\"\"
\n<\/b>Definitely the most \u201cfull beat\u201d look of the day, Otis kept all the drama on the eyes with disco ball glitter lids and false lashes to go with the all-out glam gowns at Narces<\/a>. Models\u2019 eyes were decked with <\/span>Stila Magnificent Metals in Diamond Dust<\/span><\/a> ($31), along with unexpected, warm coppery tones for the creases using<\/span> Stila Eyes Are The Window Shadow Palette in Spirit<\/span><\/a> ($60). <\/span>
