After I graduated from university, the school gang and I (OMG that was so Archie comics), would get together at a pub three or four times a year and reminisce about the: do you remember whens. So much fun, except for the grandpas in the group who would tell the rest of us that we\u2019d concluded the fun portion of our lives and everything from here on out would be rear-view mirror news. Back then I would laugh them off, but lately, more often than I\u2019d like to admit, I\u2019ve found myself in hard core #TBT mode.<\/p>\n
Maybe it\u2019s the weather (I\u2019m Canadian.\u00a0 We blame the weather on pretty much anything), or that I\u2019m another year older or the fact that I\u2019ve had waaay too much introspective downtime courtesy of dealing with breast cancer for the past six months, I don\u2019t know. But it\u2019s had me flipping through old yearbooks; spraying on heady, floral \u201980s perfumes; listening to En Vogue, Alanis Morissette and TLC; and posting old photos where my face was fresh and baby-fat round. Never mind my new obsession with rubbing on Rodial Collagen Drops.<\/p>\n
Okay, so this part of my regressive angst is actually the silver lining here.
