When it comes to girls with curls, we know it’s a challenge to maintain our tresses. I battled with my curls for years, trying to tame them every possible way. After putting several brands to the test, I have found these products that truly help manage my curly hair. While some of these are designed for curly hair, others help soften and tame the hair.<\/p>\n

John Frieda<\/strong>
\nThe John Frieda Dream Curls Air Dry Waves Styling Foam<\/a>, $13.49, is a non-sticky foam formula that is made to define curls. I\u2019d say it\u2019s good for a solid couple of hours and feels super lightweight.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Garnier<\/strong>
\nGarnier Fructics<\/a>\u2019 new Curl Treat line, $7.49 each, has three styling products that are really good for girls with curls. Curl Treat Smoothie Defining Leave-in Styler for Soft Curls, the Jelly Shaping Leave-in Styler to Shape Curls and the Butter Hydrating Leave-in Styler to Shape Curls. With my thick curls, the butter and jelly are more defining for me. After applying the product on wet hair, I let it air dry for best results.<\/p>\n

Tresemme<\/strong>
\nTresemme\u2019s new Ultimate Hydration line<\/a> may not be targeted specifically for curls, but it is super hydrating and if you want softer curls, I\u2019d recommend this line. I use the conditioner whenever my hair needs a boost of hydration.<\/p>\n

Kerastase<\/strong>
\nKerastase L’Huile Originale Elixir Ultime<\/a>, $45, is the shine-enhancing oil you need to tame any frizzy curls. Not to mention, the scent is heavenly. The oil is great for styling hair and definitely gives it a soft shine.
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Alterna Butter<\/strong>
\nAlterna Haircare\u2019s Caviar Anti-Aging Smoothing Anti-Frizz Blowout Butter<\/a>, $43, really makes a difference when you need to tame the frizz. Also, if you\u2019re planning to straighten your hair or use any other hot tool, this butter gives a big boost to your styling.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Moroccanoil<\/strong>
\nThe Moroccanoil Intense Curl Cream<\/a>, $39, has always been my go-to product for my curls. I use it to style and define my tresses. It\u2019s a leave-in conditioner that moisturizes and fights stubborn frizz. Soft and hydrating are the words I\u2019d use to describe this one.<\/p>\n

Marc Anthony<\/strong>
\nMiracle Mask Volumizing Clay Hair Mask<\/a>, $11.49, really makes hair super smooth and soft. I use it on my hair twice a week and you can almost feel the results instantaneously. My curls do tend to behave after using the mask.<\/p>\n

Dove<\/strong>
\nDove\u2019s new moisturizing cr\u00e8me conditioner<\/a>, $6.68, is best suited for thick, dry and damaged hair. The formula is so intense that after applying, you can feel the softness and the texture remains surprisingly very smooth. I didn\u2019t feel the need to wrestle with my curls after using this creme. It definitely helps with manageability.
