With a few helpful guidelines you can start making a statement with your jewelry<\/a> with stylish ease.<\/p>\n

1. Simple is key<\/strong>
The best thing about statement jewelry is that it only takes one piece to make your whole outfit stand out. Whether you opt to wear a bib necklace or a detailed, chunky bracelet, the idea of wearing a bold piece of jewelry is all about how simple you keep it. Try and focus on one part of your outfit to wear the item. If you want your neck to stand-out, then keep your hands and wrists simple by only wearing light bracelets that won’t overpower the main attraction.<\/p>\n

2. Get colourful<\/strong>
Summer is the perfect time to take advantage of statement jewelry because it’s a season all about wearing colour! When wearing outstanding jewelry, consider taking cues from the spring\/summer 2012 trends for colour inspiration and invest in pieces that are as bright as your wardrobe.
