Shake up one of these easy green <a href=\"https:\/\/digiblocks.ca\/29secrets\/?p=53729\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">cocktails<\/a> and say cheers to the Emerald Isle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grasshopper <\/strong><br \/>Chocolate mint goodness with a pretty green hue!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>: <br \/>0.75 oz green cr\u00e9\u00a8me de menthe (not clear)<br \/>0.75 oz white cr\u00e9\u00a8me de cacao (again, not clear)<br \/>0.75 oz light cream or milk<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong>:<br \/>Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a martini glass and serve. Optional: chocolate shavings on top as garnish.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apple and Vanilla Collins<\/strong><br \/>(recipe courtesy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lcbo.com\/lcbo-ear\/lcbo\/product\/details.do?language=EN&#038;itemNumber=212282\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Luksusowa Vodka<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<br \/>1.5 oz &nbsp;Luksusowa <br \/>0.75 oz &nbsp;Lemon juice <br \/>0.50 oz &nbsp;Vanilla syrup* <br \/>0.75 oz &nbsp; &nbsp;Apple puree&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Top up: Soda water <br \/>Garnish: &nbsp;Lemon and\/or lime peel and green apple wedge<br \/>Optional: Green food colouring to your liking<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong>: <br \/>Shake first four ingredients and pour into a <a href=\"https:\/\/digiblocks.ca\/29secrets\/wellness\/calories-cocktails\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">highball<\/a> glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda water.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*Vanilla Syrup<br \/>Ingredients: <br \/>1 cup Sugar<br \/>1 cup Water<br \/>1 tsp Vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Irish Vacation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<br \/>1 oz Melon liqueur (yellow in colour)<br \/>1 oz Blue Curacao<br \/>2 oz pineapple juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong>:<br \/>Shake all ingredients with ice, serve in a martini glass with a mini green cocktail umbrella.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Classic Mojito<\/strong><br \/>Mint + lime = green delight!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<br \/>10-12 fresh mint leaves<br \/>4 tsp fresh lime juice<br \/>4 tsp granulated sugar<br \/>2 oz club soda<br \/>1.5 oz white rum<br \/>Extra sprig of mint<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong>:<br \/>Muddle mint leaves, lime juice and sugar in bottom of a tall glass. Add crushed ice on top, then pour club soda and white rum over everything. Add a sprig of mint for garnish.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thyme and Ginger Sour<\/strong><br \/>This recipe was created by Nishan Nepulangoda, the multiple award-winning <a href=\"https:\/\/digiblocks.ca\/29secrets\/?p=52089\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">mixologist <\/a>and bar manager at both <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blowfishrestaurant.com\/king\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Blowfish Restaurant and Sake Bar<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blowfishrestaurant.com\/bay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Blowfish on Bay<\/a> in Toronto.
