Get out of here. We don&#39;t have time for that negativity on this, the site that doesn&#39;t like negativity. And we say that because at the world premiere of <em>The Hunger Games:&nbsp;<\/em><i>Catching Fire<\/i>, the artist-everyone-knows-as-J-Law dropped some truth bombs about role models and body images.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Growing up, I didn&#39;t have a female hero the way Katniss is,&quot; she said on the red carpet. &quot;I think she&#39;s a wonderful role model for young girls. I&#39;m happy that they have a character like that.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>That said, she admitted she has not been asked to lose weight for a role, and has instead talked about unrealistic industry images and the importance of looking strong and healthy.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;We have the ability to control this image that young girls are going to be seeing,&quot; she told&nbsp;<em>Newsnight<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Case in point: the sexualization of women and girls in the entertainment business.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;It&#39;s definitely something that is a part of the entertainment industry &#8212; sex sells &#8212; and for some disgusting reason young sex sells even more,&quot; she said. &quot;It&#39;s not something I worry about because I feel like everybody has their own path and they have their own way of finding themselves and for some people that&#39;s how they feel best, that&#39;s how they feel sexy, and that&#39;s how they want to perform. To each their own.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Honestly, though, YES. Exactly. (Miley Cyrus haters, we&#39;re looking at you.)
