She is being treated at Timberline Knolls just outside of Chicago, the same facility where Demi Lovato was treated for her eating disorder, self-harming and drug addiction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the last two years, Ke$ha has had a noticeable weight loss. The weight loss is most noticeable in the music video for &quot;Timber,&quot; Ke$ha&#39;s latest collaboration with Pitbull.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I&#39;m a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I&#39;ve found it hard to practice,&quot; she told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2014\/01\/03\/kesha-rehab-eating-disorder\/\">TMZ<\/a>. &quot;I&#39;ll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder &#8230; to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>While she has been sporting a smaller frame, there have been no signs of an eating disorder. In fact, the 26-year-old&#39;s trainer recently revealed her diet to <a href=\"http:\/\/ca.eonline.com\/news\/495672\/ke-ha-enters-rehab-for-eating-disorder\">E!
