Alright, so if you've been following Chelsea Handler's recent life developments, you know she's been fighting to #FreeTheNipple — at least in terms of Instagram. (And their terms of use, if you want to get technical.)<\/p>\n

And so to add to the cause, is this news: the comedian underwent a breast lift about six months back, which a source revealed exclusively to Us Weekly in their latest issue. (A "source." Sure.)<\/p>\n

Anyway, in honour of her 40th birthday, Handler (apparently) went under the knife because she was "stressed about looking saggy" and now she's "obsessed" with the results.<\/p>\n

But is that really why she keeps posting? I mean, seriously: girlfriend has been bringing up a pretty good point about double standards when it comes to what you can and cannot post. And considering Handler's whole career is based around saying and doing what makes people uncomfortable (hello, she's a comedian), odds are she'd still be going sans shirt even if she hadn't underwent a procedure.<\/p>\n

And if she has<\/em> gotten the procedure? You do you, girl. Not that she has to, but here's hoping she talks about it to erase the stigma on that. <\/em>Body policing is an issue, so here's to Chelsea Handler challenging that in any way she can.<\/p>\n
