Rebel Wilson is working with Torrid to launch her own plus-size clothing line. The line will be a limited-edition holiday collection that will be available later this year.<\/p>\n

I’ve had a \u02dctorrid’ affair with buying clothes all my life,\u009d Wilson said<\/a> in a statement. I’ve never really felt like there’s a brand out there in the plus-size world that is creating cool stuff, that fits well and is good quality yet affordable. It’s really only been in the last few years that I’ve seen companies try. So it was awesome to team with Torrid, who I think are doing such a great job in making plus-size fashion relevant and dope.”<\/p>\n

The collection will be called Rebel for Torrid, and the actress says she’s been putting a lot of her own style into it. The line will include a total of 25 pieces, featuring dresses, tops, jackets and accessories.<\/p>\n

“Rebel’s got a natural instinct for design. She’s been totally hands-on throughout the process,” Liz Munoz, Torrid senior vice president of design, added<\/a>. “She cares about every detail, down to the diamante rivet on the jeans. We love the results…she crushed it.”<\/p>\n

Wilson’s holiday collection for Torrid will be available in November. She is also developing a spring collection for next year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
