A magical land where the buildings are as beautiful as the men, and the streets can substitute Pinterest for fashion inspo. If a feeling of belonging is washing over you as you read this, we highly recommend you book a trip to Paris, France.<\/p>\n

With so much to do, it’s difficult to narrow down how to make the most of this city in 48 hours. Lucky for you, we’ve compiled a guide so you can enjoy your time in the city of love carefree and able to focus on life’s more important issues such as whether or not to eat that third\u00a0crepe.<\/p>\n

Day 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

Carette Paris<\/a>– Jawdropping view of the Eiffel Tower? Check. Flakey croissants? Check. Outdoor seating? Check. This adorable cafe offers a killer breakfast and the perfect overall introduction to Paris. And yes, they do have dessert menu, which by the way is phenomenal\u00a6 because everyone knows calories don’t count in Paris.<\/p>\n

Arc de Triomphe<\/a>– For sweeping views of the city, do the 200 step climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe. The best part? This view from above includes the Eiffel Tower which obviously slays your picture game.<\/p>\n

\"paris2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Champs Elysees<\/a>– A visit to Paris would be incomplete without a walk down the famous Champs Elysees. Although lined with shops, we don’t recommend you do your shopping here unless you enjoy standing in lines.<\/p>\n

Avenue Montaigne<\/a>– If it’s labels you love, wander down to Paris’s most glamorous neighbourhood for the largest selection of luxury boutiques.<\/p>\n

L’Avenue<\/a>– A trip to Avenue Montaigne goes hand in hand with lunch at L’Avenue. Yes, the same L’Avenue where Beyonce and Jay-Z are often spotted. We recommend the escargot, followed by the Sole Meuniere and mashed potatoes which are quite possibly made of 60% butter, which is basically French for magic.<\/p>\n

Musee d’Art Moderne<\/a>– You can’t be a true francophile without a hint<\/em> of pretentiousness, and the best way to channel it is with a visit to Paris’s numerous art galleries.<\/p>\n

Pont Alexandre III<\/a>– You know that golden guardian angel in every #tbt to #Paris picture on Instagram? You can take one of those too on Pont Alexandre III.<\/p>\n

Ferdi<\/a>– A burger for dinner? In Paris? Sacre bleu! We promise, this burger is anything but ordinary – think of it like a French lover, it’s one you’ll never forget. However, be sure to make a reservation unless you like being promptly turned away by a haggard looking waiter.<\/p>\n

Eiffel Tower<\/a>– End your day with crepes at the Eiffel Tower. Warning: watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle at night may result in irrationally cancelling your plane ticket back home.<\/p>\n

Day 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

Angelina<\/a>– Start the day off with breakfast at Paris’s most famous cafe. If it was good enough for Coco Chanel, it’s good enough for you.<\/p>\n

The Louvre<\/a>– Visiting the Louvre is one of those things you have to do even if you hate art. It’s like sitting through Game of Thrones even if you don’t like it (shame on you) just to be in the know.<\/p>\n

\"paris3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Rue de Rivoli<\/a>– It’s quite natural for your brain to feel like it’s been wrung like a wet towel after a visit to the Louvre. The remedy? Some good old shopping. Head to Rue de Rivoli for high street shopping without the crowds.<\/p>\n

L’eclair de Genie<\/a>– It’s sacrilegious to leave Paris without a visit to this eclair joint.<\/p>\n

Notre Dame<\/a>– The line to enter Notre Dame can be quite long, which is why we suggest you stock up on a few eclairs to ease the wait time. Afterwards, take a walk down the Seine and proceed to jotting down your career options when you move to Paris.<\/p>\n

Ellsworth<\/a>– This tapas hot spot is the perfect place to eat, drink, and be merry in style.<\/p>\n

Andy Wahloo<\/a>– Since you’re practically a local by now, end your night at Andy Wahloo, a hip little bar with a Moroccan pop-art vibe to it.
